Our Restaurant Manager report directly to the District Manager and are responsible for running a smooth operations while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for training and grooming employees and ensure that exceptional service is delivered to our guests.What to expect in your role as a Restaurant Manager- Analyze P&L results
- Execute REV action planning
- Execute VOG action planning
- Develop skills of assistant managers
- Handles recruiting, hiring and terminating Team Members
- Responsible for ordering small wares and maintenance requests/approvals for the restaurant
- Establishes positive culture
- Partners with LSM efforts and creates Brand awareness in the communitySoft skills required: Passion for food and service, professional, positive attitude, good work ethics, time management, ability to take initiative and multitask. Previous Management customer service and food experience is an asset.
