Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

A project coordinator supports the project manager in note taking, gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.


PRIMARY DUTIES:


  • Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the project
  • Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
  • Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Managing daytoday activities for the Project Management team
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
  • Recording and distributing Meeting Minutes
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:


  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Construction Technology

WORK EXPERIENCE:


  • Onsite construction experience is valued

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ontario Drivers License
  • Own means of transportation to and from work
  • Efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a grade 12 level
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • General Ontario Building Code knowledge
  • AutoCad and Revit knowledge

$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
