    Career Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in revamping and optimizing our company's online presence, developing engaging digital content, and implementing effective strategies to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Assist with revamping and optimizing the company website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and effectively communicates our value proposition to customers.
    • Create compelling digital content and collateral to enhance customer engagement across various online platforms.
    • Assist in developing and executing the company's digital strategy, with a focus on leveraging social media marketing to engage customers and attract top talent.
    • Lead the implementation of CRM software to streamline processes and enhance customer relationship management.
    • Develop and execute an effective digital lead generation and qualification process, including:
    • Standardizing CRM use and ensuring data integrity within the sales team.
    • Creating website forms integrated with automated marketing campaigns to qualify leads.
    • Implementing lead scoring techniques to prioritize high-value opportunities and enrich pipeline data.
    • Designing automated and accessible dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
    • Gathering valuable feedback from customers through various channels such as logging conversations or distributing surveys/questionnaires.
    • Conduct market research to evaluate sales potential across various industry segments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

    The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Some experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.
    • Some experience in website management and enterprise content management systems.
    • Advanced knowledge of Social Media tools and CMS platforms, including but not limited to , Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. and familiarity with emerging platforms.
    • Some experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other digital marketing tools.
    • Experience in SEO and Google Ads.
    • Exceptional communication, copy writing, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong agile and always-on content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different target audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
