**Description du poste**:
En tant que Spécialiste réseau chez NOVIPRO, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'administration et la mise en œuvre des solutions réseau pour nos clients. Vous travaillerez sur des projets variés et stimulants, en collaborant étroitement avec nos équipes internes et externes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Administration et implémentation des solutions de réseau LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Sécurité.
- Architecture d'environnement de réseau Infra et Sans-Fil.
- Participation à divers projets d'implantation, de mise à jour, de refonte et d'optimisation des réseaux clients.
- Planification et mise en place des mises à jour requises.
- Préparation des configurations matérielles et/ou logicielles.
- Analyse et optimisation des performances des réseaux.
- Soutien occasionnel dans un rôle prévente.
- Support, implémentation et administration de la VOIP.
- Facilitation du déploiement du matériel et des logiciels chez nos clients.
- Fourniture de support de deuxième et troisième niveau aux utilisateurs et clients de NOVIPRO.
- Rédaction de documentation technique.
- Maîtrise et mise à jour des connaissances sur les technologies pertinentes.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme reconnu en réseautique et sécurité.
- Expérience pertinente de plus de 3 ans dans le domaine.
- Bilinguisme français-anglais requis.
- Connaissance des produits réseau Cisco et Brocade.
- Connaissance des produits de sécurité Fortinet
- Familiarité avec les produits d'optimisation Riverbed.
- Maîtrise avancée des réseaux TCP/IP.
- Expérience avec les réseaux sans fil d'entreprise.
- Connaissance des systèmes de téléphonie Cisco.
- Certification Cisco requise.
- Familiarité avec les équilibreurs de charge F5 et NetScaler.
- Un atout : connaissance des produits Avaya et ELFIQ

**Position Title**: Network Specialist

**Contract Duration**: April to August, with the possibility of an extension

**Location**: Montreal

**Contract Type**: Full-time

**Work Arrangement**: Hybrid, with travel to both the office and client sites

As a Network Specialist at NOVIPRO, you will be key in administering and implementing network solutions for our clients. You will work on various challenging projects, collaborating closely with our internal and external teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering and implementing LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Security network solutions.
- Designing network environment architectures for both Infrastructure and Wireless setups.
- Participating in projects involving implementation, updates, redesign, and optimization of client networks.
- Planning and implementing required updates.
- Preparing hardware and/or software configurations.
- Analyzing and optimizing network performance.
- Providing occasional support in a pre-sales role.
- Supporting, implementing, and administering VOIP.
- Facilitating deployment of hardware and software at client sites.
- Providing second and third-level support to NOVIPRO users and clients.
- Writing technical documentation.
- Mastering and staying updated on relevant technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Recognized diploma in networking and security.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Knowledge of Cisco and Brocade networking products.
- Knowledge of Fortinet security products.
- Familiarity with Riverbed optimization products.
- Advanced mastery of TCP/IP networks.
- Experience with enterprise wireless networks.
- Knowledge of Cisco telephony systems.
- Cisco certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with F5 and NetScaler load balancers.
- Asset: Knowledge of Avaya and ELFIQ products.
