We are looking for a talented, dynamic marketing leader who wants to join an award winning, fast paced, creative marketing team.

The Manager, Creative Integration will help lead the development of the marketing communication plan and full-funnel go-to-market strategies and creative execution across all marketing channels.

They will work with a cross functional team of internal and external/agency partners to help bring the strategy to life for the consumer.


Here's where you'll be focusing:


  • Lead the integrated gotomarket plans that delivers against the customer journey priorities across all marketing touchpoints
  • Maintain brand expression and standards and how it comes to life across all Empire brands
  • Develop creative marketing briefs and lead the integrated marketing process with internal teams and agencies
  • Oversee program integration banner across channels, negotiating activities between departments and execution for print, POS, social and digital
  • Oversight of campaign and marketing material production requirements for all communication including; flyer, POS and digital and social materials
  • Lead the omnichannel media strategy to align to key program KPI's by banner/region and work directly with channel leads around media performance

What you have to offer:


  • Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not a requirement
  • Masters or business degree is beneficial but not a requirement
