Responsabilités

Participer à la planification et organisation des cédules d'installation de portes et fenêtres en temps et matériel;
Diriger les installateurs sur le chantier pour assurer l'exécution des contrats de manière sûre, efficace et efficiente ;
Capable d'interagir avec les clients pour les assurer de la bonne marche du chantier;
Aider au besoin les installateurs dans l'exécution de leurs tâches

Profil Recherché

Avoir de l'expérience en construction et/ou en portes et fenêtres est un atout;

Capable de travailler en équipe ;

Job Summary:

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate all activities on the construction site related to doors and windows installation
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues or concerns
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as needed
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project
Train and mentor construction workers on proper techniques and safety procedures
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project documentation and communication

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a SUPERVISEUR Chantier construction PORTES ET FENÊTRES or similar role in the construction industry
Indepth knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading, budgeting, and quality control
Proficiency in using software such as Bluebeam for reviewing plans and schematics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team of construction workers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction processWe offer competitive compensation based on experience.
