Landform Inc. is a landscape construction company established in 2003 that services Calgary and the surrounding area.

We offer Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance - creating and maintaining meaningful spaces such as parks, playgrounds, and restoration projects.

In the winter we continue to support communities by offering Snow Removal services. This position is located 10 minutes east Cross Iron Mills, 20 minutes from Airdrie and Northwest Calgary.


We are excited to be looking for an
Administrative Assistant to join our wonderful team This role offers a dynamic platform to not only showcase your talents but to also cultivate a diverse skill set across various departments within our organization.


Key Job Functions:

General Administration

  • Welcome and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment while ensuring optimal stock levels are consistently maintained.
  • Facilitate effective communication throughout the company by offering administrative and operational support.
HR Administration

  • Communicate with all departments to assess and determine staff requirements.
  • Developing, monitoring, and updating job postings and descriptions.
  • Booking and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with the hiring, onboarding, orientation and training of new employees.
  • Monitor all online reviews and feedback, responding appropriately to maintain a positive company image.
Project Administration

  • Request and renew monthly Locates for active worksites.
  • Participate actively in weekly Project Management meetings, contributing insights, facilitating task delegation, and delivering updated presentations.
Accounting Administration

  • Contribute to the prompt collection of accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.

Who You Are:


  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suites.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization and with customers.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • Previous experience in office administration is an asset.
Regular full time shifts are Monday to Friday. Compensation will be based on experience. We look forward to hearing from you
