In collaboration with the Building Operator, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for the interior/exterior of the building, including grounds maintenance (lawn care & snow removal), performing minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other related maintenance activities and ensuring the preventative maintenance schedule is followed.
West Country Hearth is a senior's facility located in the beautiful hamlet of Villeneuve (approximately 10 min west of St. Albert and 20 minutes north of Spruce Grove).
The position is part-time averaging 20 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional hours for snow removal, lawn care, vacation coverage and after-hours on-call.
