As our expansion into our
Winnipeg operation continues, we're currently adding a
Structures Maintenance Supervisor to our MRO team.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the maintenance, repair and overhaul of all aircraft and aircraft components
  • Responsible for the Technical Dispatch of all aircraft from the standpoint of maintenance performance in accordance with the MCM
  • Ensure sufficient tools and equipment are made available to accomplish the maintenance and inspection functions
  • Responsible for the administration of quality and safety practices and procedures including but not limited to:
  • SMS reports
  • Safety inspections
  • Injury reporting
  • Toolbox inspections
  • Responsible for the supervision of an assigned workforce and monitoring employee performance
  • Monitor the serviceability of required tools and equipment and report any deficiencies
  • Maintain the workshop and hangar facilities in a clean and orderly manner
  • Participate in resource discussions and recruitment process as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Must hold a valid maintenance engineer license category S
  • 5 years' experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience working on ATR or Dash 8 aircraft
  • Must be able to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check prior to employment.
