We are collaborative, innovative, professional, and our goal is to Catalyst Kinetics Group (CKG) is a health and wellness clinic located in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Our interdisciplinary team of health practitioners includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Naturopathic Doctors, Kinesiologists, Personal Trainers, and Coaches. POSITION AVAILABLE:
Customer Service Specialist with Transition to Office Manager hours/week)

As key part to our new location, your role will include but not limited to:

  • Hiring future administration based on clinic needs
  • Training administration
  • Attend weekly management meetings and provide feedback on key issues
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Answering, screening and directing telephone inquiries
  • Help liaise client communication with practitioners and ensuring prompt followup
  • Drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence to clients
  • Managing appointments bookings such as scheduling and cancellations
  • Accepting payments
  • Managing faxes, mail, and courier services
  • Ensuring facility is clean and products are stocked
  • Assisting in office opening and closing duties


In this role you are required to have
:At least 2 years of customer service experience, working in a medical office capacity would be an asset.



  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Mac and MS office tools, including excel and word
  • Computer skills with the use of JANE is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Selfmotivated with strong work ethic, and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to problem solve and produce high quality work with exceptional attention to detail
  • Takes direction well, and is comfortable working as part of a team and working independently
  • The ability to act with tact and discretion, and respect our clients' confidentiality at all times
  • Willingness to grow and take on more leadership as the clinic grows

Hours of operation:

  • Monday: 7:30am8:30 pm
  • Tuesday 7:30 am 8:30 pm
  • Wednesday 7:30 am 8:30 pm
  • Thursday 7:30 am 8:30pm
  • Friday 7:30 am 4:30 pm
  • Saturday 7:30 am 2:30pm

The initial training for this role will be at our Burnaby location for the first 2-3 months

$25.83-$26.56 per hour
