We are looking for a nurse to join our team as
a part-time/casual Clinical Nursing Supervisor for Classic LifeCare's Vancouver branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated, passionate professionals supporting the delivery of home care services.

The role:

Employee and client engagement.
Orientation, training and mentoring of employees.
Developing programs in line with Classic LifeCare's culture and Accreditation Canada's home support standards.
Influencing and engaging in home care delivery systems.
Collaborating on assessments and implementation of personcentred care plans

The check list:

Current LPN registration with the BCCNM with up to date First Aid & CPR.
Wound care experience an asset but not required.
Completion or education in a recognized foot care course an asset but not required.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Clear, concise communication skills
Be able to work effectively with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation (must be willing to drive within the Greater Vancouver area)
People and community focused; and
Ability to contribute to the development of services at Classic based on your own unique strengths and interests.
Availability 40 hours/week days and times can be flexible.
