PROGRAM ASSOCIATE, Indigenous Ministries - Permanent full-time

Salary:
$46 000 based on experience

Vacation 15 days

Office location - Downtown Toronto, close to the Bloor / Yonge St. subway station - this position is expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
The
Program Associate, Indigenous Ministries provides administrative and program support to the National Indigenous Anglican Archbishop (NIAA). The Program Associate also provides support for activities of the broader Indigenous Ministries.

• Meeting supports range from small group video calls to multiday events in offsite locations. Activities can include agenda and minute preparation as well as organizing offsite meeting rooms, meals, accommodations and activities.

Skills and Education

• Intermediate to strong skills with Word, Excel and Outlook. PowerPoint skills are required.
• Experience setting up meetings and events in live and online formats preferred.
• Accurate math skills such as expense administration will be assessed.
• Interpersonal skills acquired from working with professionals and confidential information.
• At least two years of broad administrative experience.
• Relevant diploma or equivalent.
• Experience living or working in Indigenous or multicultural contexts preferred.
