    We are seeking a highly motivated , innovative and technology enthusiast to join our Enterprise Applications Support team.

    Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise App lications support , the selected candidate will be responsible for providi ng solutions to corporate applications , you will play a vital role in helping the business leverage technology to solve their day to day challenges .

    The ideal candidate must have had demonstratable experience managing Applications and should possess a curious mind, willing to explore and try out new technology tools and platforms.

    LeverageProactive monitoring tool to monitor Application Health & develop dashboards providing insights into overall Application behavior and performance .

    Lead the Proactive Monitoring service for Enterprise-wideApplications .
    Lead Implement ation , test ing and integrat ion of new applications.
    Installing system updates and performing data backups
    Provide instructions and training to staff when necessary.
    Monitor, record and respond to requests for support.
    Resolve technical issues within defined SLA.
    Support Enterprise Architects with technical specification for solutions as need arises.
    Liaise with software suppliers to fulfil the requirements of the organization.
    Schedule and run regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications.
    A t least 2 – 3 years' Technical Experience with Data Dog Monitoring Solution
    Minimum of 3 Years experience supporting Low Code No Code Solutions
    Demonstrable understanding of Server-Side Programming Languages
    Minimum 5 Years experience working with relational databases (SQL Server 2016 & Above)
    Intermediate experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
    Intermediate Application software Trouble Shooting Skills
    Extensive and demonstrable experience with supporting Client and Server-Side Applications
    Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Databases and SQL
