Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams through efficient recruitment and constant communication
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to develop insights into talent needs to support ongoing and future business strategies.
- Support the improvement and updating of Talent Acquisition tools such as interview guides, process roadmaps, social media company pages, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus in Human Resources
- 35 years of fullcycle recruitment; experience recruiting for Sales roles an asset
- Experience working on highvolume recruitment
- Advanced experience working with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge and experience with Boolean searching
- Strong communicator (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Resourceful and the ability to think creatively
