Role:
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manager, Talent Acquisition

Location:
Markham (Hybrid)

Summary:

Responsibilities:

Lead endtoend recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions
Build strong relationships with hiring teams through efficient recruitment and constant communication
Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to develop insights into talent needs to support ongoing and future business strategies.
Support the improvement and updating of Talent Acquisition tools such as interview guides, process roadmaps, social media company pages, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus in Human Resources
35 years of fullcycle recruitment; experience recruiting for Sales roles an asset
Experience working on highvolume recruitment
Advanced experience working with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge and experience with Boolean searching
Strong communicator (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and negotiate
Resourceful and the ability to think creatively
