As a logistic and distribution coordinator you will:
Ensure that merchandise is processed at the warehouse according to contract specifications, as well as through the delivery and storage system, in an efficient manor ;
Understand operational objectives, and participate in the implementation of necessary measures to achieve objectives and optimize processes ;
Monitor activities throughout the fulfillment cycle to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met ;
Collaborate with different departments for day-to-day management and special requests in order to ensure a high level of service ;
Complete various reports for senior management ;
Coordinate environmental declarations, and maintain the database;
Perform regular visits of the warehouse ;
All related tasks.

Requirements and qualifications for the position:
DEC in transportation logistics, operations management or related field, or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
Minimum 3 to 5 years' relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel software
Experience and knowledge of warehouse operational tasks
Experience in negotiation
Knowledge of supply chain stages
Problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong sense of priorities
Ability to work under pressure, interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
