- Strategy Development: Develop and implement demand-generation strategies to raise awareness and interest in Edgecom Energy's products and services.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events, etc.) to generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to measure success, optimize tactics, and improve results.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs, segmenting audiences and delivering targeted content to improve conversion rates and move prospects through the funnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and Energy Market teams to ensure alignment and develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify and understand target audiences, market trends, and best approaches to attract potential leads.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines and coordinate deliverables to meet campaign objectives efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, lead nurturing, or inside sales.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on KPIs.
- Experience in designing and optimizing email nurture campaigns and digital marketing tactics.
- Experience in ABM
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams to achieve goals.

Job Summary
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be a key contributor in developing and executing strategies to generate leads and drive interest in Edgecom Energy's offerings. Your role will involve strategizing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns to boost engagement and nurture leads into sales. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build brand loyalty and ensure the success of demand-generation efforts.
