Job summary
This is a new vacancy for a Top Customer Solutions Developer position in the Data Analytics and Cloud teams.The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, triaging technical issues or software development. They should also be able to create content for technical audiences,
write, read and debug code in one of the following languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python or Go), work with distributed systems,
and have experience with web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML or TCP).
The role involves working as part of a global team that provides support to help customers make the switch to Google Cloud.
In this role,
you will provide high-touch dedicated service to our most critical customers
with complex environments aiming to anticipate their needs optimize product performance enable customer success across complex environments.
