Located in the historic district of Yaletown, embrace tradition and modernity combined into remarkable Italian dishes using only the finest ingredients paying homage to each of Italy's provinces, while an extensive wine selection offers an array of palette indulging varietals from around the world.

As the Pastry Chef.

You will create pastries, desserts and other baked goods and various desserts as directed in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Prepare and execute during service.
And other duties required by the Executive Chef and the leadership team.
