The Bilingual Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally.

What You Will Do:

Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team
Perform accurate ontime order entry with 24 hours turn around time
Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.
Inform customers by mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
Receive and respond to customer complaints and develop sound system knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries
Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required

What You Will Bring- Minimum 1 year of experience in any Customer Service role
- (CSR/Call Center experience an asset)

Fluency in both English and French
Post secondary education or equivalent experience
Good working knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset
A strong and effective communicator both verbal and written
A resultsoriented individual who delivers on business objectives
Possess a team first attitude
Someone with a passion for delighting the customer and delivering on service
Detail oriented and have a sense of urgency
Eager to give and receive feedback
