The Business Insurance Team is hiring, and we are looking for YOU, a motivated and passionate individual who prides themselves on excellent customer service and is interested in sales and service within the insurance industry.

The successful applicant will help us grow AMA's business insurance portfolio by promoting AMA Business Insurance products and provide advice to our members to help them protect the things they care about most.

Days and Hours of Work:
_**The hours of work for this position are 37.5 hours per week within the hours of business operations. Business hours are 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to Manager, Insurance Agency of Edmonton West.
  • Provide sales, service, and advice to existing and potential new members regarding the AMA Insurance Company small business insurance products via telephone, electronic channels, and inperson.
  • Collaborate with Registry, Underwriting, Claims and other internal departments to improve relations and achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate a desire to engage in customerfocused conversations that will lead to member satisfaction and/or a buying decision.
  • Use various tools and presentation styles to promote our products and services.
