Description

We are currently looking for an
Indie Account Production Assistant to join our
Oakville team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will be responsible for the efficient flow of independent record label projects through our production system.

We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Receive, prioritize, and manage incoming vinyl pressing, packaging, and shipping requests from the sales team
Liaise with various internal departments in cooperative effort to resolve production concerns and issues
Investigate product claims, find customer friendly solutions while keeping company cost and resources in mind
Assist production teams with troubleshooting and quality control when issues arise
Other duties as assigned by Senior VP Sales

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales or project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite
Strong selfinitiative and work ethic with a drive to achieve sustainable results
Excellent team player
Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to achieve results in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail
Highly analytical thinker with very strong problemsolving skills
Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, efficiency, organization, and managing multiple projects while meeting departmental goals and deadlines
