Provide scheduling booking clerical reception functions for the area Support team duties such as scheduling booking client patient appointments follow up visits tests referrals maintaining appointment calendars designated physicians healthcare professionals maintaining printing daily schedules activities sites needed rearranging schedules meet changing demands requests preparing confirming client patient information Maintaining client patient charts entering data computerized system updating statistics attendance arranging patient transportation Providing clerical functions typing technical non-technical materials proficiently utilizing variety computer software applications word processing spreadsheet database presentation software Providing reception services greeting clients patients directing appropriate areas responding general inquiries Answering responds phone messages forwarding callers appropriate healthcare professional personnel Maintaining departmental equipment supplies filing systems Performing timekeeping duties designated staff required+
