As a Barclays Vice President - Diversified Industries Group, your accountabilities include financial analysis/modeling, industry research, coordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale, and assistance in the preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.

For this role, you must also build and utilize solid knowledge of finance and capital markets to understand and meet client needs and generate innovative solutions to problems.

What will you be doing?

Playing a key role in financial analysis/modeling, industry research, coordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale
Learning to effectively utilize available resources to assist with financial analysis/modeling
Building and utilizing solid knowledge of finance and capital markets to understand and meet client needs
Developing effective working relationships and demonstrating a solid commitment to the Firm's goals and values
Making a positive impact on the people around them by being a team player and an effective project manager
Taking ownership of projects to help drive a process forward, and seeking counsel from others on projects to ensure they are completed to completion

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience as a Vice President in investment banking or significant years of investment banking associate experience
Working knowledge and prior experience with financial modeling, building, using and operating cash flow projections and credit financial analysis
Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit

Skills that will help you in the role:

Prior banking experience in M&A or Diversified Industries is preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
