Job summary
The Global Account Executive Expert commonly known as Managing Partner MP drives the total strategic customer engagement with the customer and is accountable for driving innovation adoption leading global SW Cloud and Services growth the end to end satisfaction and reference ability of the customer throughout the customer lifecycle.
The individual will lead and coordinate SAPs efforts across all lines of business orchestrating all SAP parties around a single clearly articulated year joint innovation roadmap based on a clear account strategy and direction in support of customers strategic initiatives using governance model The MP will lead consultatively by shaping clients digital transformation vision ultimately roadmap leading SAPs execution of that roadmap with the customer To drive toward success ensuring critical elements are in place A clear Account Plan strategy developed collaboration Market Unit extended Virtual Account Team VAT jointly committed multi year roadmap focuses driving innovation transformation governance model enables right level focus mutually agreed set strategic initiatives All above elements support Strategic Customer Engagement Approach which ultimately will drive value creation value execution value realization for customer He/she measured growth overall net new bookings cloud software services protecting revenue base renewals increasing NPS time targets priorities set Regional SCP Head regions MU Head shared GM Global SCP Head The Managing Partner Orchestrates leads execution account strategy incorporating Software Cloud Services Support Maintenance Partners Channels OEM ensures alignment Virtual Account Team deliver Business Outcomes Digital Transformation Creation Execution Digital Transformation Year Road Mapping Business Development through SAP relevance executive messaging shaping client digital strategy Completes long term business strategy planning creates enabling innovation agenda customer Uses deep understanding not simply serve teach push thinking provide different ways think business compete Develops c level relationships manages strong joint SAP-customer governance model ensures assigned executive sponsor appropriately engaged Leads Integrated Planning footprint expanded involvement relevant LOBs SI partners Proactively identifies proposes solutions already identified Influences leads virtual team resources LOBs functions geographies Drives revenue growth across all SAP LOBs throughout customer lifecycle Creates barriers entry competitors protecting customers base Drives adoption premium support services MaxAttention Provides leadership Value management realization enabling connection Engineering methodologies consulting delivery Bi directional Collaboration Institution Strategic Customer Engagement Model driving Bidirectional Strategic Road Maps Experience Education Requirements years business experience Sales Consulting complex software IT solutions years industry domain expertise Large Management experience executing teams Strong knowledge complete offering including Service Support Several years Associate System Integrator e.g AC several Business Consulting Management Value Engineering Knowledge financial competitive regulatory environment Experience resource technology structure Exceptional communication skills Business Level English Fluent Local language Fluent Bachelor equivalent yes Bring out best
