We are currently looking for a
Mill/Saw Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Consists of setup and operation of milling/saw process in a manufacturing plastics environment.
Mill Operator/Saw Operator is responsible for measuring all dimensions of the parts being produced and completing first article and in process inspections.
Milling/sawing process consists of a conveyor belt and digital controller to set the machines required thickness.
Operators mill/saw sheets in passes to achieve the desired finish and gauge.

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong mechanical skills
Problem solving abilities
Ability to learn and mater machinery and troubleshooting maintenance
Enjoyment of handsonwork with production machinery
Perform and analyze quality control monitoring and accurate reporting of production
1 year experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment
Forklift experience/certification
Able to lift to >50 lbs., push, pull, stand on a concrete floor

Rate of Pay
Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate starts at $ $24.82.

Shifts

Permanent, Full Time Position
12 hr. continental day/night shift, with 4week turnaround
84 hrs. biweekly

- with opportunity for OT
