As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the

Human Resources & Talent Acquisition teams. You will be responsible for supporting the

employee life cycle, including recruitment, coordinating onboarding of new hires, transfers,

departures and partnering with other team members and employees to ensure that we are

providing a fulfilled people experience.


Your Impact

As part of the team, you will be the main point of contact for general employee questions regarding company policy and procedures related to Human Resources and Talent and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, reference checks, and support on reporting and analytics.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate and engage in projects, programs and initiatives related to:

What You will be Doing:


  • Liaising with employees, vendors and supporting departments on all HRrelated issues
including but not limited to benefits inquiries, PTO, billing, payroll changes, leave

management and recruitment processes

  • Updating and maintaining data integrity in our internal HR databases as it relates to
digital personnel records, employee information, benefits administration, and Paid

Time-Off Allowances

  • Assist HR coordinators and Payroll Department by accurately keeping track of new hires, banking information changes, LOA's (parental leaves/sick leaves) and exiting employees
  • Facilitating offboarding process for exiting employees
  • Drafting Employment Verification Letters
  • Providing information and guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, programs and processes
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition & HR team with onboarding new hires (including IT setup, coordination of First Day Orientation and verifying all paperwork)
  • Support the HR Operations Supervisor in the completion of reporting audits monthly

  • Comfort level with learning new systems and exploring new technology
  • French proficiency is an asset
