This position is based on an 14 days on, 7 days off rotation.
Ensuring the general upkeep of the external property in all seasons by providing snow and ice removal, mowing lawns, raking and weeding, shrub and tree pruning, watering lawns, and cleaning sidewalks
Safely operating hand-held equipment and tools used in maintaining the grounds and for the purpose of mowing lawn, snow removal, cleaning parking lots/sidewalks
Operating various equipment such as bob cat, front end loader, sand truck, areal work platform
Collection and disposal of refuse and debris
Cleaning outside windows
Cleaning of eaves on all buildings at site
Organizing and maintaining supplies required such as fuel, oil, soil, fertilizers, and weed control products
Have previous experience as a groundskeeper/landscaper, operating and maintenance of related equipment will be an asset
Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required

Background in pesticide application and /or valid pesticide certification for spraying and application of pesticides in the Province of SK considered an asset.

Successful candidate must be willing to complete training to obtain certification.
Have the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

This position has been identified as safety sensitive and will require completion of a pre-employment alcohol & drug test, fit to work medical test, and criminal record check.
