The Role:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Trade Deductions Analyst to join our team As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving trade deductions within our organization.

Your role will involve data entry, data verification, and ensuring data consistency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and approve root causes of deductions, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to resolve any gaps in reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Investigate trade deductions from retailers/distributors by analyzing transactional data, invoices, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance and other departments/partners to gather information and insights necessary for deduction resolution.
  • Verify data accuracy by conducting regular audits and data checks.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather and validate data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement data management best practices.
  • Process adjustments, credits, or refunds related to resolved deductions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of deduction cases, actions taken, and outcomes for reporting and audit purposes.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
