About the job

We have an immediate job opportunity for a Cash Logistics Reconciliation Officer at our facility in Toronto, Ontario.

Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Cash Logistics and working in a team, the position will support the Cash Logistics operation in ATM reconciliation and will be responsible for collating and distributing subsequent reports to banks and other financial institutions (FIs) within pre-determined time frames.

Responsibilities (Percent of Time)

Perform reconciliation of financial accounts
Direct reporting to banks and FIs in regard to treasury holdings and ATM reconciliation activities
Provide courteous, proactive service to Brink's customer base banks and FIs
Liaise with internal stakeholders on service issues, and process improvement opportunities
Ensure that reports are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner
Meet or exceed customer service levels for reporting

Position Qualifications
