Summary:


  • Supervise event operations at show site. Supervise show site operation by directly or indirectly performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Plans labour and equipment, job assignments for labour, hours of operation, paperwork procedures, timekeeping, and job cost for assigned events.
  • Supervise labour at show site by assigning qualified personnel to perform work.
  • Supervise operation to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assist with the training of labour.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on move in and move out schedule of each show.
  • Follow all facility rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to move materials to and from show site.
  • Determine and request equipment, tools and labour required to produce show.
  • Plan and monitor labour and equipment costs.
  • Conduct safety and service meetings at show site at the beginning of every shift.
  • Project labour and analyze labour budgeted.
  • Produce accurate payroll forms or timekeeping system for labour worked on shows.
  • Complete post event recap.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:


  • College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful, and timesensitive environment

Travel Requirements:


  • Travel up to 25%
