- What you will be doing
- PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages electronic integration relationships between Innomar, new and existing Clients and retail customers including EDI, API, and flat files.
- Oversee EDI implementation projects with Clients (new and existing), retail customers and vendors.
- Coordinate testing and move to production activities.
- Troubleshoot all EDI issues to identify root cause and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitors B2B EDI Enterprise Framework to assist with troubleshooting.
- Investigates validity of retail customer claims to support Clients.
- Contact Clients when transmissions are failing (i.e., not following X12 or agreed format rules, connectivity issues) and ensure they take remedial actions.
- Communicates and coordinates with appropriate resources such as Consultants, Developers, and Business Development team members to ensure the proper information is collected regarding Client requirements.
- Coordinates with trading partners on software upgrades, new communication setup, communication protocol migrations and certificate updates.
- Maintains EDI documentation (i.e., Trading Partner Guides, Communication details) and works with programmers to provide integrated solutions.
- Acts as EDI Subject Matter Expert when managing projects/integrations.
- Develops, refines, validates, and ensures completion of all project work plans.
- Builds consensus among multiple groups/departments relative to project scope, task execution, and issue resolution.
- Leads project teams by developing work plans within guidelines and monitoring progress on project milestones.
- Generates timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues.
- Responsible for planning and ensuring the effective execution of various initiatives.
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a minimum of (3) three years' experience in project management.
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, sales or similar vocation generally obtained through completion of a fouryear bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Technical Diploma an asset
- PMI certification or equivalent project management methodology training is an asset
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry an asset
- Experience working with EDI communications (via AS2, VAN or FTP).
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Understanding of EDI
- X12 transactions 850, 810, 856, 940, 945, 944, 947, 846 and EDI CSV and Flat File structures.
- Should be familiar with all the details pertaining to EDI Communication Protocols such as FTP, SFTP and AS2
