Residential Manager

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints
Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain accurate project documentation including change orders, RFIs, and daily reports
Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Residential Manager or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and project management principles
Proficiency in software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BC builder license required
