Duties/Requirements:

Managing and executing projects to deliver the project on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with the project specifications.
Ability to generate estimates from plans and specs in a timely manner.
Manage resources, cost control, monthly progress estimates, contract change management.
Excellent communication with the client, consultants and subtrades to ensure any problems are addressed quickly to ensure the project stays on budget.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
