The **Retail Operations Coordinator

  • Canada** will be responsible for supporting the Retail Operations team with the daytoday operational effectiveness of Canadian Retail.

What you can expect:


Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Run weekly reports and prepare Trade Packs for Business Review Meetings as needed.
  • Attend Business Review Meetings as required and send out Meeting Minutes to key stakeholders.
  • Attend Regional Manager conference calls with the store teams as needed and provide operational updates.
  • Support the Retail Operations department with the facilitation of ongoing communication with various departments and store teams to gain a thorough understanding of operational procedures and ensure relevant information is incorporated into company policy and procedures.
  • Support Retail Operations department with collaboration on Store Operations initiatives and projects.
  • Support the Retail Operations department with the development of local best practices and policies for CA Retail.
  • Process Retail Invoices as needed (Invoice Line).
  • Manage admin tasks in the StorIQ digital platform communication tool.
  • Audit StorIQ weekly and provide feedback to the Regional and Store Teams.
  • Rollout out StorIQ store visit reports in addition to other key reporting tools.
  • Active participation in the implementation of Global Retail tools for the Canadian market.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly HB Times Newsletter.
  • Prepare and distribute Monthly Global Retail Newsletter adapted for local market.
  • Partner with IT to rectify open issues / Submit IT Tickets.
  • Maintain Retail Directory, Retail Calendar, Operations Calendar updates, changes, distribution.
  • Maintain SAP Store Locator Master Data,
  • Maintain Debitor, SOVIA, SAP, and SiVis requests, providing systems access.
  • Manage Store Gift Card orders, Retail supply orders.
  • Manage incoming Customer Service issues, collaborate with Stores to resolve in a timely manner, ensuring elevated Customer Experience
  • Support the Retail Operations department with local adaptation of all forms and store guides such as Operations Guides, manuals, templates, etc.
  • Manage the translation of all relevant Retail operations documents, guideline, publications for Quebec market.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations to increase GPTW initiatives
  • Retail SPIRIT of BOSS Squad and Corporate SPIRIT Committee.
  • Support Retail Operations department with Store trainings as needed.
  • Ability to multitask several concurrent requests, quickly assemble data and generate impactful insights in a fastpaced environment.
  • Other projects and ad hoc requests as assigned to support the Retail Operations department.
  • Store visits as needed to assist Retail Operations department with the management of Operational Performance.
  • Assist with store & shop openings as needed.
  • Some travel may be required.

Your profile:


  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of increasingly responsible Retail experience
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various team members and cross functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • General comfort level with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives in a clear, logical manner
  • Experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with Retail Operations
  • Proven track record of executing projects independently, selfmotivated
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Independent, selfmotivated, detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Word, and Power Point
  • Comfortable with digital platforms
