- Understand and support customers' overall AI strategy and success by designing and implementing AI-based solutions
- Help accelerate solution delivery through architecture reviews, PoC/MVP development, and setting up environments and platforms
- Support customer skilling by making skilling recommendations or delivering technical discussions, workshops, and other cloud and AI readiness activities
- Collaborate with other cloud solution architects (infrastructure, data, security, and application development) in developing complex end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Ensure that solution exhibits performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability upon deployment.
- Address technical blockers and accelerate deployment to production
- Continuously maintain and update technical skills and knowledge and keep up to date with market trends
- Be an Azure AI evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities
- Generates new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for designated customers
