Sales Executive-Immediate Start

Job Summary/Overview

The Opportunity

We are looking for you:

a
sales executive who is an energetic, empathetic, and execution-oriented professional passionate about, Health-tech/biotech and health and wellness sectors.

We launched Gutcheck in St, John's, and you will lead channel development in the Atlantic region, reporting to the founders of Nucliq.


This role requires a self-motivated and strategic thinker that can simultaneously operate across multiple dimensions to advance the strategic, marketing, and commercial efforts toward finding revenue-driving channels that can scale.


Responsibilities:


Operations:

  • Support the sales cycle create contracts, statements of work and manage automated flows.
  • Support client onboarding from the backend (nonclient facing), help ensure the client onboarding process is executed, problem solve and provide support.
  • Contribute to and support operational process improvement and standardization projects.

Marketing:

  • Promoting the company's existing brand and introducing our products to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational/trade show opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field is preferred
  • 13 years of tech startup/launch (MVP) experience is an asset.
  • Experience launching new marketing channels and developing marketing messaging for new products
  • Strong Networking skills and ability to attain meetings with various industry decision maker
  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Constant sense of urgency and proactively exploring unique opportunities
  • A balanced selfstarter mentality and an ability to adhere to processes with time management skills.
  • Customer support, cold calling experience, or other customerfocused engagement
  • Ability to manage various business operational tasks with analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with relevant tech stacks for directtoconsumer marketing teams
  • Have a proven track record of generating revenue.
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of regulatory environments.
  • Travel required to meet and collaborate with potential customers for development of business relationships and partnerships
  • The ability to motivate and capture an audience with storytelling and being a bigpicture thinker.

Salary:
$13.60-$22.84 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
