We are looking for an Ontario - Regional Manager


Reporting to the Director
, Sales you will be responsible for effectively managing all Lines of Business and operational aspects of assigned retail branches.


Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Lead the development of bestinclass branch managers and their teams accountable for providing a superior customer experience, ensure effective execution of business operational plans, achievement of sales and profit objectives.
  • Ensure consistent organizational messaging across Local Insurance Solutions (LIS) and foster an environment that promotes positive client experiences, increased employee engagement and awareness of growth expectations.
  • Manage all lines of business operational aspects of assigned retail branches including client experience outcomes, financial performance, operating efficiency, quality and effectiveness of sales and service delivery. Work with the branch managers to identify individual branch needs and provide defined expectations, objectives, and support for various area office Branch Leaders
  • Partner with organizational leadership to translate the organizations strategic direction into retail operational plans to achieve financial results and growth. Build, drive, and sustain an engaged, highperformance team to implement the business strategy through employee development, performance management, coaching and succession planning. Focus on a balanced approach to managing risk profiles by ensuring risk and compliance controls and processes are maintained and followed. Resolve complex client complaints in consultation with local leaders where applicable to ensure the needs of clients and Carriers are met.

The Value you Bring.

  • RIBO, Level 2 an asset
  • CAIB or CIP preferred.
  • 8 years related experience, minimum 5 years management experience
  • Travel as required by air and/or by land, including corporate functions and inbranch visits.
  • Experience analyzing and investigating budgets/cost control.
  • Involvement in industry related associations and your community
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
