Transparency matters to us.
For this role, you can expect a salary between $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

responsibilities
:

• Lead a client team and main activation point of contact for client
• Ensure standards of client service, buying principles and company values are upheld across the team
• Inspire team culture, inspire and motivate
• Pitch new business
• Employee feedback and reviews
• Foster client and supplier relationships
• Forecasting futures and optimizing accordingly
• Corporate and client specific deal management and pacing
• Maintain accuracy and control of client budgets
• Integrated audio/video knowledge with holistic A/V thinking
• Contribute to cost guides
• Budget accountability
• Ability to execute any A/V buy across traditional or digital direct or DSP platforms
• Problem solving - internal and external
• Direct client audits

qualifications:

• 8+ years' media buying experience in an agency with a focus on Video and Audio (both traditional and digital) channels
• Extensive experience in formal presentations, and feeling comfortable interacting with senior-level clients on a daily basis.
• Exceptional and proven strategic and negotiation skills
• Exceptional management and people/team management skills
• Proficiency in DDS (Media Ocean), Excel and Powerpoint, Google suite
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluency in all syndicated media tools to source data including Numeris, Lens, CMR, Prisma, and Comscore
• A proficiency with social platforms such as FB/IG, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit is an added bonus
• Attention to detail and operational excellence
• Ability to work both independently on key tasks and collaboratively with other teams in the agency on larger projects
