Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing electrical systems in compliance with the Canadian Electric Code
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Support troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions
- Help with the setup and operation of various power tools
- Work on low voltage systems and wiring
- Assist in maintaining and repairing electrical equipment
- Own and know how to use hand tools effectively
- Shadow experienced electricians to gain practical knowledge
Experience:
- Familiarity with power tools used in electrical work
- Ability to understand schematics and blueprints
- Interest in learning about electrical systems and components
- Exposure to low voltage systems is a plus
- Previous experience or education in electrical work is advantageous
- Interest in pursuing a career as an industrial electrician
- Willingness to learn and build skills in the electrical field
