    Job title: Guest Experience Agent

    Description

    A key role in our front-of-house team, the Front Desk Agent plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

    Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes, as well as addressing inquiries with professionalism. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience providing guest services, possess strong communication skills and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • Previous experience as Guest Services or Reception staff would be beneficial but not essential
