A Day in the Life - Team Lead

Prepare to be a key support to the continuous improvement, organization, and efficiency of the branch.

You'll identify opportunities for performance development and collaborate with branch leaders to support the growth of a high performing and engaged team.

You'll maximize resources through effective scheduling.

You'll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations.

You'll handle and resolve client and dealership concerns in a positive and proactive way.

You'll jump on the front lines to service our clients and balance between Insurance Advisor and Team Lead duties

Requirements:

Level 2 General Insurance License

1+ year of experience in the Insurance Industry
