- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) & business stakeholders to capture key responsibilities and accountabilities of all jobs within Terus.
- Develop fresh job descriptions, ensuring alignment with our desired format and standards.
- Support the HRBP in creating templates for workforce planning.
- Capture relevant HRIS data and logically structure it for the workforce planning exercise.
- Assist HRBP in establishing a manpower planning process.
- Prepare workforce budget sheets in Excel and create dashboard templates.
- Assist the HRBP in HR processes diagnostic study with the aim to improve efficiency & productivity of the HR Team.
- Assist HRBP & HR Generalists in benchmarking of practices & processes with other Colas divisions and subsidiaries.
- Prepare flowcharts, process notes & checklist for various HR processes.
- Develop training modules for the end users on the redefined processes.
- Provide support in pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with general correspondence for employees and managers.
- Assist HRBP & HR Generalists in onboarding paperwork.
- Assist HRBP in capturing job reporting relationships for the new structure.
- Prepare data templates to facilitate smooth data corrections from the backend.
- Analyse HRIS data and recommend key HR Metrics.
- Develop HR dashboards & report templates in excel utilizing existing HRIS data.
- Study collective bargaining agreements in place & extract all wage and benefit information in excel format.
- Do a comparative study on wages rates within the organization & highlight discrepancies in wage and benefits across same job type & groups.
- Support the Manager of Human Resources with related functions as required.
- Additional duties may be assigned.

Education/ Experience
Experience and Education Required for the Role:
• Currently pursuing or finished a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One year of HR experience (desirable)
