Scrum Master

Location:
Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
To drive Ness workstreams & deliverables in the areas of data engineering, data analytics via multiple PoDs for Ness clients


Requirements:


  • Overall 8+ years of experience in software products / platforms.
  • 3+ years' Experience as Scrum master delivering data projects / programs
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Knowledge of Cloud data platforms (Preferably Hadoop, Azure, Snowflake)
  • Experience of dealing with delivery managers, architects & AVPs
  • Scrum master certification

  • Retail experience
Key tasks

  • Will be the point of contact for day 2 day delivery for Ness team (onsite+offshore)
  • Work with client delivery manager in coming up with work plans (release, sprint plans, scope, timelines)
  • Work with Ness offshore engineering manager in delivering to the plan & providing governance via predefined agile metrics
  • Establish & enhance intake & delivery pipelines
  • Establish key metrics to measure velocity & delivery metrics
Accountable to remove impediments working with the right stakeholders


Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Pay:
$65.00-$70.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
