THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacanc(ies) for the SUMMER 2024 Semester_15th April, 2024 to 14th August, 2024**
DEPARTMENT:NURSING


DISCIPLINE:
NURSING (180)


TYPE OF CONTRACT:
Contract representing an 80% workload for chargé de cours contract.

# OF VACANT POSTS:
One (1) at 80%

AREA OF EXPERTISE:
Medicine/Surgery. The workload of each teacher includes the tasks according to Clause a) Volet 1.





QUALIFICATIONS:
NURSING (180) CHARGES

  • Bachelor's or equivalent* degree in Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
  • Teaching experience at the postsecondary level preferred.
  • Must be registered and a current member in good standing of "l'Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec"
  • Ability to collaborate within a departmental team to achieve common objectives
  • Excellent English communication skills essential
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education system

NB:


  • ALL CONTRACTS ARE PART-TIME UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
  • ALL WORKLOADS WILL BE DETERMINED BY USING THE RULES AS STATED IN ANNEXE 1-1 (DETERMINATION DE LA CHARGE INDIVIDUELLE DE TRAVAIL) OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT.
  • THE COLLEGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY COURSES/SECTIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT.
**DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION, CLASSES MAY BE OFFERED ONLINE ONLY FOR PART OF THE COURSES.
