We have a 40% hybrid work model, which translates to a minimum of 2 days per week in office, and up to 3 days per week of remote work.
Impact
The Human Resources Intern provides support to the Human Resources, International Mobile Staff / Field Recruitment Team.
The Intern assists to attract, select and onboard international staff, and ensures the smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions from the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for all external recruitment inquiries for the Unit
- Support the organization and promotion of recruitment outreach events through inperson and digital experiences
- Review, reconcile and process invoices for payment
- Other duties and responsibilities aligned to the unit's objectives and in support of our core principles

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), and videoconferencingbased software
Education, Certifications, and Languages
- Recent graduate from a recognized college or university in human resources or a field relevant to the work to be performed or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
