Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, speed, and security.
- Monitor and maintain our servers on the cloud in Azure platform.
- Provide technical support to staff and students, including answering questions and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A+ or other relevant IT certifications are a plus
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Network Administration is an asset.
