Description

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Scrum Master for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the "Statement of Work" but are not limited to:
Under the direction of Assistant Director, Database and Middleware Services:

Work with key stakeholders across to support the execution of specific engagement and

education initiatives

Identify potential risks and anticipate points of resistance and work with the organizational

change management specialists to assistwith developing specific plans to mitigate or address the

concerns, developing risk mitigation strategies

Support the transformation strategy and earlyview roadmap
Align success measures to track adoption and transformation progress
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meetings
Assist product owners with the product backlogs and identify backlog log items for the next three (3)

Sprints

Other related activities and deliverables as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP)
A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience working as ScrumMaster and leading multiple

Operational IT Scrum Teams

A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with working in an operational environment

(Patching, Service Request, Incidents)

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

Certified Agile Leader
Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
