We are currently looking to hire one full time Personal Insurance Advisor for our Winnipeg office.


A Personal Insurance Advisor works hard to ensure our clients are receiving the best insurance advice when it matters most.

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills
  • Effective and professional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience working under pressure and maintaining composure in a fast paced and changing environment
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • A current RIBO level 1 license, or willing to obtain as soon as possible
  • Previous insurance experience is considered an asset, but not required as we are willing to train
  • Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and education
  • Significant computer aptitude, and working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
