Your mission
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Talent and Culture, you will be a key player in achieving Transdev's business objectives

Your responsibilities will include:

Mass Global Recruitment
> Develop and execute targeted plans to recruit front line workers from international markets to meet specific workforce needs at Transdev Canada.

Immigration and VISA Management

Maintain meticulous records and tracking processes.

Relationship Building
> Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for international hires, providing necessary support and resources.

> Build relationship with government bodies, representatives, and experts.

Qualifications and Requirements
> Trilingual:
English, French and Spanish. Other languages are an added asset.

> Experience as a paralegal or lawyer would be an asset.

> Experience professionally or personally with the immigration process.

> Seasonal travel to on-site mass recruitment projects.
