    Essential ResponsibilitiesDuring this 6-month training program, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments within Otis, from New Construction, Service & Repair, to Modernization, gaining experience to allow you to transition into a field management position in an Operating Territory (OT) after the training program is complete.

    You will develop product, safety knowledge and field management expertise by spending a signification portion of your time shadowing our mechanics and field managers.
    Education / Certifications A Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related technical program, is required
    Basic Qualifications Previous team lead or supervisory experience is considered an asset
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively
    • A valid driver's license and a car are necessary
    • Must be willing to relocate to another branch within the regionSuccessful candidates must be willing and flexible to relocate to another Otis Canada OT if needed.
